Banned for gameplay enhancement
9+ years account: I was banned on 25th Nov for what I expect was for playing portal xp servers with low hp bots. I have appealed multiple times, all denied. No concrete reason other than the same response “we have done a full investigation on your account and believe we took the correct action ” with a link to their ToS.
I have lost hope appealing the ban as it seems it just gets auto denied after 1 hour.
I guess their reasoning is for exploiting.. A temp ban would have been understandable but a perma with no warning is a bit extreme. For playing a portal experience created by someone else, using a feature built into the game? Crazy.
