Banned for 'Gameplay Enhancements'

I was banned, permanently for 'Gameplay Enhancements' it's been over a week now and I'm still waiting on a studio response that can give me a decisive reason as to what caused the anti-cheat to flag me. If at all possible, my idea for a resolution in a 'best case scenario' is that I get the details of why I was banned and either have the ban lifted with no contest because it was a false positive for cheating OR prevent whatever software got me banned from running while I'm playing and have my ban lifted.  I had discord, OBS and steam running in minimised windows on my pc; discord overlay active, steam overlay ready (although I don't use it while playing BF6 typically) to be used running in the background and OBS just sitting there doing nothing that I'm aware of because I forgot to close it. None of these programs have ever given me any problems in the past. Nothing that I had running on my PC could have been interpreted as an 'enhancement'. I don't have any macro buttons or hardware that could give me an unfair advantage. How ever beyond any justifiable reasoning early in the morning of the 28th last month I was booted out of the game, I tried to reconnect failed found out I was banned permanently. "Gameplay Enhancements". I appealed and received a canned response stating that the ban was correctly issued, no explanation. I created my EA account in 2009, it's only a bit short of turning 20, probably older than the majority of players that contribute to my abysmal KDA. (I get killed at least 4 or 5 times more often than I get kills if I'm being honest) This is the first time I ever had an infraction for suspected cheating or anything that would warrant a warning or ban.  I appealed a second time with detailed information about what my pc had been doing at the time of and leading up to the ban, still waiting on studio.  I just don't get it; how does a first-time infraction result in a perma-ban without any warning or opportunity to correct? I could always just make a new EA account and sign in with the new account to play the game, right? Sure, I'd lose the bit of progress in stats, unlocks etc. that live in my current account but why should I have to do that? Pretty sure I've seen people on YouTube that make videos laughing about getting caught cheating as they make their new accounts and hop back into the game to continue ruining the game for everyone they come across.  I don't want that; I want to understand why I was banned resolve the issue and get back to trying to learn how to get more than 1 kill on other players before I get sent back to respawn.
