Banned for no reason, can't submit an appeal

I was playing Battlefield yesterday, and I got off to take a break from the game, and after a few hours, I tried to get back on with a friend, only to find that my account had been suspended permanently. I am unable to submit an appeal because every time I attempt to do so, it fails to go through. It also tells me i have no flags or open cases on my account. Is anyone else having this issue? 


And before anyone says, "Get banned cheater," "you deserve it for hacking." In the nicest way i can say this be silent if you have no problem-solving skills and can only make assumptions.
