Could you please send me the Xbox or PlayStation ID you're seeing the account ban on through a direct message?
To be completely transparent with you, it's common for accounts to be accidentally created over time, and often without the player being aware. That's why we're recommending signing in with the various login methods available, such as PlayStation, Xbox, Google, Steam, and Twitch. Please give that a try, as it might lead you to find the affected account with a violation on the Penalty History page, or be presented with the option to email ToS in the self-serve section after being redirected by this form.
Do also check the Connected Accounts page with each login to confirm whether you're on the actioned EA account linked to the platform account you used when playing. While this may be a bit tedious, we would really appreciate it if you could thoroughly confirm that, despite being on the correct EA account, the option to appeal is unavailable.
