This is probably not the place to discuss it, but I think the "spamming" ban reason is just some of the predefined options, as there was none better. In any case, the BF6 discussion rules on Steam are pretty clear, quote: "No targeting staff. This includes role tagging and directly mentioning staff, admin, CM, or Mod names to get their attention." and I tend to think this was the ban reason, judging from your description. Either way, it's better to try to resolve this via the official support than here on the forum.
