Add Zoom-In/Out Functionality for LPVOs

Please add dedicated Zoom-In and Zoom-Out functionality for LPVO .

Currently, the zoom system only cycles through levels in one direction when pressing the toggle key. This causes significant inconvenience when using 1-5x variable optics. For example, if I am at 2x zoom and want to return to 1x, I have to cycle through the remaining levels by pressing the 'V' key four more times.

This limitation reduces gameplay fluidity and makes it difficult to react quickly in dynamic combat situations.

I request that you add a feature allowing players to actively zoom in and out using the Mouse Wheel (Up/Down). This would allow for much more intuitive and responsive magnification control.
