Battlefield 6 ban appeal stuck in “Waiting on Studio” for over 40 days

My Battlefield 6 account was permanently banned on June 19 for “Gameplay Enhancement.” I submitted an appeal the next day, and more than 40 days later it still says Waiting on Studio

I have contacted EA Help multiple times. One advisor told me the appeal had already been declined, even though I never received an email and both the dashboard and Penalty History page still showed it as pending.

Another advisor said two weeks ago that the case was manually escalated and that I would hear back within 10 days. Nothing happened. Since then, other advisors have acknowledged the delay and said they escalated it again, but I still have no decision or explanation.

I understand regular support agents cannot remove bans. But it would be nice if someone from EA Anti-Cheat, Terms of Service, or the Battlefield enforcement team to actually review the case.

Of course you can't just take my word for it but I did not use cheats, aimbots, wallhacks, macros, exploits, gameplay-enhancement software, or unauthorized hardware. The only new hardware I had connected was a normal pair of wireless headphones, which obviously provides no gameplay advantage.

I’ve also spent hundreds of hours building this account after work and purchased every premium Battle Pass along with additional skins, so knowingly risking all of that by cheating would make absolutely no sense.

Has anyone else had an appeal stuck on “Waiting on Studio” this long?
