Battlefield 6 Clan Wars System – A Competitive, Fair, and Scalable
As a long-time Battlefield player, I’ve been thinking deeply about how to make clan-based gameplay more engaging, fair and scalable in Battlefield 6. Inspired by systems in Diablo Immortal and EA FC Ultimate Team, I’ve designed a Clan Wars League System that balances competitive structure with real-world flexibility.
This system solves common issues like:
- Players not being online at the same time
- Server overload from large-scale clan battles
- Lack of meaningful progression and rewards
Here’s the full concept 👇
Match System – Automated 1v1 Format
- All matches are 1v1 – each player represents their clan.
- The system automatically schedules matches during evening hours (e.g. 6 PM–10 PM local time).
- Players can reschedule only once if the time doesn’t work.
- Ensures fair timing and minimal missed matches.
Regional Matchmaking
- Clans only face other clans within their region:
- 🇪🇺 Europe vs Europe
- 🇺🇸 North + Central America vs each other
- 🇧🇷 South America vs South America
- 🇯🇵 Asia vs Asia
- 🇸🇦 Middle East vs Middle East
- This guarantees fair time zones and better ping.
Clan League Format – 16 Clans per Division
- Each division contains 16 clans.
- Every clan plays 15 matches per month (one against each other clan).
- One match per day for 15 days.
- Remaining days are used for promotion/relegation mini-tournaments.
- An in-game calendar shows daily matchups.
Scoring System
- Win = +3 points
- Draw = +1 point
- Loss = 0 points
- Bonus Points: Only MVP (best K/D) earns +1 extra point for their clan, used as a tiebreaker if needed (e.g. between 1st and 2nd place).
Promotion & Relegation System
- 1st–2nd place: Direct promotion to next division.
- 3rd–6th place: Mini-tournament:
- 3rd vs 5th → winner promotes
- 4th vs 6th → winner promotes
- 7th–12th place: Stay in current division.
- 13th–16th place: Mini-tournament for relegation:
- 13th vs 15th → winner stays
- 14th vs 16th → winner stays
- In the lowest division, places 7–16 stay without relegation.
Reward System
- 1st place: Best reward (XP boost, exclusive skins/emblems)
- 2nd place: Very good reward
- Promotion winners: Decent reward
- Rewards also scale by division level – higher division = better rewards.
- XP boost for weapons and career only given to 1st–2nd place.
Division Structure
- 🏆 Legend Division
- 🥇 Elite Division
- 🥈 Veteran Division
- ⚔️ Tactical Division
- 🛡️ Recruit Division
- 🎯 Starter Division
What do you think? Would you like to see this system in Battlefield 6? What would you add or change? I’d love to hear feedback from other players, devs, and community leaders.
