Battlefield 6 in game purchase never received items

Hello all, I purchased an in game bundle for BF6 and I never got the items. I talked to EA support they said to contact Steam and then Steam said I need to contact EA since it is their game. I've never dealt with either before but can anyone with experience with this issue tell me what I should do next?
