battlefield 6 microphone

when i click the buttom alt (microphone)  in game,i can see my name on the right of my screen,and my teammate say they can see my name,and this means i opened my microphone,but they cant hear my voice,if i use other microphone softwares in my pc,they are no problems.and i cheked settings,i can speak in other games like cs2,cod.however this cant work just in battlefield.
