Battlefield 6 Not showing up on EA Account Thru Steam

I've linking my Steam and EA accounts ages ago. I would like to mess around with Portal experience settings. For local play and see if I can come up with something fun. If its good maybe I'll publish, you know? I've read in Steam forums it's just how it is. If you want to do this, you need to buy another copy on EA. I think this is just overlooked by EA. The accounts are linked and they should be about to see all my EA titles there. Perhaps Steam gives me a code I can use on EA?

Segue a little. Can I use the .json file you export from changed setting in the Portal?  Place it somewhere in the steam and then battlefield 5 folders?
