An image of the items redeemed on September 28th was posted on X,
but the image showed an image of a dog tag.

My redemption screen was the same up to Battlefield 6 Reward 6,
but the dog tag displayed the BF logo and gift icon. What about you guys?

I'd be grateful if someone could let me know if there's any official response or progress...

I get this video sometimes when i use my code but then when i click Confirm it says "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code." but if you look it says you need the base game and my best guess is that me using steam has not registered the game to my account on ea until i launch the game on steam.
