As advised by EA Support, I report my issue here for investigation. I received a Battlefield 6 TGS 2025 Dog Tag code from a Douyin event 1-2 weeks ago. My computer was being repaired and I could not redeem it. When I tried, the system showed "Battlefield 6 Reward - 6" but the code was expired. The event page did not mention any expiration. I have preordered the game.
Please help add the item to my account or allow one-time redemption. I can provide proof of legitimate receipt—please tell me how to submit it.

I'm very sorry but this isn't something we can help with on the forum, as nobody can access your game account to add the dog tag.
While I imagine that it might not be something they can rectify, since it sounds like the code has expired, all I can think to suggest in this case is to contact EA Help again.
