Using a connection booster plus using Logitech G Hub...both are 3rd party softwares that enhance your gameplay. ToS states to disable all 3rd party softwares or risk a ban.

You have multiple game enhancement softwares running in the background as your post says. Your ban was legit

I been banned from GW2 20 years ago for using Logitech G Hub for macros.

Disable 3rd party software or risk a ban. You didnt and got banned. It was not a false ban.

I only used this software to adjust the mouse DPI—a setting every gamer tweaks—and I have absolutely no idea about any of its other features! That’s the only setting I ever touch.
