I am extremely disappointed with the generic emails I keep receiving and the fact that I am getting absolutely nowhere with this situation.
EA headquarters is only a short drive away from me, and I am even willing to make my PC available for a full investigation if necessary.
Javalin crashed, used ctrl-al-del to close everything. Happend a second time. Rebooted my PC and a few hours later i got a message banned for cheating. lol.
For now, i'm gonna buy a new key and start all over....
Sorry, they only believe their anti-cheating automation tools are correct! They won't conduct any further investigation; we can only leave it to fate.
