Had a redeem code for the game entered it, and after confirm theres no game to download etc, try again says code has been redeemed but where i have not been able to find so game from redeem code anywhere any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's not something that can be done here, unfortunately, as nobody can access game accounts for security reasons. The best thing to do in this case is to contact EA Help or whoever provided the code, if it wasn't via EA.
You should be able to contact EA Help by using the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the guide below:

Where did you obtain the redeem code? If entered and didn't give an error or say already redeemed then I would certainly contact EA support. Or try logging out of the EA app and logging back in to hopefully refresh the account.
