Had a redeem code for the game entered it, and after confirm theres no game to download etc, try again says code has been redeemed but where i have not been able to find so game from redeem code anyw...

Where did you obtain the redeem code? If entered and didn't give an error or say already redeemed then I would certainly contact EA support. Or try logging out of the EA app and logging back in to hopefully refresh the account.
