I was invited to the playtest on August 29th, but I am unable to find the Labs client in my EA App library. I was told by support to request access to the forums, as this should be able to resolve the issue.
All I know is I followed the links for Battlefield Labs and the link just showed up in my library. when I received an invite for the beta it just showed up also so it's all done on their side. I doubt anyone here can fix this, I would re contact EA and escalate until you get someone who can help you. Did you follow the link to Battlefield Labs and install it?
