Battlepass in games, that we already paid for?

I just found out, that in Phantom edition is 25 tiers skip for Battlepass. And I am asking, do you guys think, that there should be battlepass in game, that you already paid for? I should pay for Phantom edition 100 euro and then i have to buy Battlepass, to unlock the skips, that paid for? I dont mind battle passes in free games, but this something different. I hope, they will atleast dont add some sort of Emotes. I wanted to buy the Phantom edition, but when i see this, i rather rock the no-skin. What do you guys think?
