Crashing helos are the levolution events in BF6
No air real interference on a map like Eastwood is actually a breath of fresh air tbh

It’s a mistake to have air vehicles on such a small map with such a low ceiling like Eastwood. It should either be larger with jets and a higher map ceiling, or be infantry-only

A 2 second before you can shoot cooldown would be completely insane. It would ruin every gun fight. 2 seconds is forever in a firefight.

Are you referring to my comment about a 1-2 second cooldown after sliding before you can shoot?
I disagree. A cooldown of this nature would ensure that people only use the slide for evading gunfire and for taking cover.
The way they’ve designed the game at the moment, everyone is using slide as a cod-style way of cheesing kills. It’s frankly ridiculous.
They’ve ruined the gameplay by adding every cheesy cod play style possible.
All you see is people jumping/sliding/shooting. It gets real boring, fast.
You can instantly see that the demographic playing this game have come straight from cod and every other game that is built on cheesy play styles.
More evidence can be seen by medics/ support teammates that literally run straight past down teammates that are waiting for a revive.
BF6 is not battlefield. Frankly, I don’t think it knows WHAT it wants to be.
The cqc is an absolute meat grinder cluster F.
ALL cqc game modes are horrible to play. And the conquest maps are far too small. Which means that there is next to no game mode that is fun to play.
This game needs a serious overhaul and re-think otherwise it will not retain players.
I mean, it’s only been 5 odd weeks and people are already tired of it. 99% of the people I play with refuse to play this anymore. I too will take a break from it until it gets a serious re-work.

Love the photo! Hilarious and painfully true!!!
Movement speed was nerfed in the first patch but them silently brought back up after the update releasing battle royal because the cod meth heads were complaining. Wait till the cod boycott ends and they return to whatever game comes next year and watch DICE/EA scramble to try to appeal to the actual fan base of the battlefield franchise.
If they follow in their footsteps of the past the game won’t be functional or enjoyable for “battlefielders” until the end of its life cycle (4yrs). I’ll be on BF4 till then if ya wanna join theres still a healthy community of USMC/USAF servers there!

the sliding distance should be massively reduced in most cases. I think for sliding down hill it should vary depending on the slope. Sliding uphill should just stop you after a couple inches. The hipfire and aimed fire accuracy should be massively reduced while sliding.

Yup BF6 went total trash! All they did was take COD players and make a large **bleep** COD!
Like WTF! Remember the days a kill was 2 shots in chest and 1 in head. Remember when ghost bullets weren't a thing!
How did BF6 & COD become or morph into the **bleep** multi-player than it was. I mean aren't games supposed to get better not worse. The mechanics started out halfway decent then morphed I to total trash and COD. Yup slide jump I'm the gingerbread man you can't catch me, as you empty 50% of your clip I to their side and back but somehow they turn kill you COD style.
WTF, why has war games, multi-player games gotten worse.
Why can't they make better games!

Why can't they make better games!
To create better games, you need a team of real gamers with knowledge of games (in a given genre or series), not just programmers and graphic designers who "supposedly" know their stuff, but instead of replicating the best of previous Battlefield installments, they're currently behaving as if they were discovering new technology and features that were already available 20 years ago. With people like that, you can't make a good game.
They have the technology and capabilities to create a good game in the series, but for some strange reason, they're unwilling to do so. Let them play Battlefield 3 or 4, and they'll see the huge difference between a good game and the technical dud Battlefield 6.
On the other hand, management is pushing to create a product resembling Call of Duty, because they know that title generates the most extra cash from microtransactions. And considering their gaming portfolio, they'd rather have only games like that, cheap to produce (with as little content as possible), and the money keeps rolling in. And then, a year from now, they'll create another game in the series...

I agree, if you want to go deeper I believe there are only a few companies out there and with that the competition among them fail. Look at Madden, no competition and that franchise I'm sorry went bye bye maybe back in 1997 or earlier. If EA owns the right to solely use the licenses of the NFL they have no reason to make the game any better. No competition very similar to Battlefield & COD.
What other company will come out with a really good shooter military wise. Six Days in Fallujah, what ever happened to that or SOCOM.
I agree they can make the game but why not make a well designed military shooter. If the gaming industry trys to use action as an addiction why not make it more realistic lol.
Anyway here to hoping and yeah I agree with ya. Mayne people will stop buying things in these games lol.

How WWII air vehicles were....plenty of room and focus on dogfights and not bombing every objective on the ground the whole time
