BF6 Hit Detection is Worse (with video)

This is happening to me all the time now. It is so frustrating. It wasn't like this. What's up?!

I'm using a sniper rifle in a hardcore server. This should be a 1-shot kill at this distance. Is it bloom? The bullet just didn't go where it is aimed? No?! The wall takes impact damage exactly where aimed. But bodies? ... bullets just vanish. What is going on? It's so frustrating!
