Crashes to the desktop are very often due to unstable RAM.
It would be helpful if you could list your hardware components here.
My processor is
13th gen intel i913900k
32gb ram
Intel's 13/14 generation is very finicky.
As a first step, I would go into the BIOS and disable XMP and run the RAM at base clock speed. Then test whether the problem still exists.
