Bf6 platoons/squad finder?

Hi all, I seem to remember a platoon forum/app on the earlier battlefield games where you could find people to squad up. Ive been on battlefield since the early days but lost squads & friends along the way due to changing consoles, work, kids, not being able to come online as often etc. Used to be half decent before the "crossplay" bs, now garbage due to op m&k players.

Is there anywhere/anything like that these days? I want to be able to enjoy the game with a squad that pushes the objectives & works as a team and want to win games (spawning on, assisting & providing supplies & REVIVES!) too many times I've been in a squads that just run around the map aimlessly looking for kills often revealing my position if I push up/flank. 

Playing on Xbox, big maps conquest/breakthrough, assault/engineer. I do have mic but won't talk much as I normally play late.
