They ARE trying to force behaviour and that has worked against them. Many play off-peak because of shift work etc. We had a good community going and that has been shafted as games don't start. No-one wants to wait 10-15 minutes to see if enough players will arrive at the same time to start a game. Just go back to how it was - the game will gather players once it starts.
