Bot deaths don't count, but bot kills do?

Also for the challenge resupply or revive your teammates during Sabotage, supply pouches don't count towards the challenge. Needs to be fixed as I've been resupplying everyone, yet it isn't counting properly. Report and have fixed please. EA_Leeuw
