Bots stealing vehicles

There should be some AI adjustment or a way of preventing friendly bots from taking your vehicle when you hop out to repair it. There have been way too many times I have been on a rampage in a tank or IFV all match and as soon as I get out to repair, the bot will either jump in or be inside as a passenger and switch seats to drive off and get blown up almost instantly. It would be much better to have them jump out and repair or hop into the gunner spot to cover you if no human player is inside!
