Not sure why they removed it, but the auto-recharge for C4 in the beta was honestly the perfect fix for it not being on Support anymore. C4 is already super nerfed in BF6, and Recon is easily the weakest class right now. The recharge system gave Recon that bit of utility without making it busted. In every previous Battlefield (BF3, BF4, 2042), Support could resupply their own C4 and it was never a problem. It didn’t ruin balance or anything, it just made C4 a reliable tool instead of a one-time party trick. Now with C4 locked to Recon and no way to resupply, it feels worse than it’s ever been.
Either move C4 back to Support or bring back the auto-recharge from the beta. It added that little bit of Battlefield chaos that’s missing right now.
I agree, but I think they should make C4 usable for Support again
This would be the better solution, but if that would be too difficult to revert because of the new classes, bringing back the cool down on c4 should provide a similar less disruptive solution.
