See the screenshot... honestly i dont even understand them turds who make such decissions anymore... In other words, you are forced to play with others in order to start your server, or else no playtime for you.
As if EVERYONE wants to be with other people everytime in a game. How hard is it to just disable xp or limit it to 1/4 xp gain compared to the first version of Portal in BF6?
