Buff pistols? How to play objective with a sniper?

Sniping from 100m isnt very productive when spawning is too easy and running into an objective puts you out of position and vulnerable. 

Lowering pistol recoil so you can at least see your target while shooting would allow sniper users to actually adopt a more productive gameplay. Tasking recons to get 50headshots at 150m just leaves you with more useless teammates
