C4 No longer work since latest patch

Having used c4 since the start of bf6 i have grown to love the chaos that u can cause with it but since the latest patch and supposed 99% visual bug C4 no longer works properly 9/10 you get splash damage only and no kill with a point blank c4 on infantry!  RecursiveFlux​ or any staff member has there been a stealth nerf, damage radius nerf or is it bugged can this be checked out please as c4 does not work like it did in previous patches
