Can this be resolved?
I purchased the season 3 battlepass for bf6 , online form the ea site and i just checked the reciept and its for a pc download , i only play bf6 on a ps5 ,i know it was noobish but what do i do now ?

As Ruxem said, you'll need to contact EA Help since a refund request would be involved. However, I thought it might help to give you the guide that has the refund policy and the refund tool, which will let you confirm if you're eligible.
Request a refund for your EA game
It may be worth keeping in mind, though, that downloadable content like Battlepasses usually isn't refundable, but EA Help may be able to make an exception. If the refund tool shows that you're ineligible, use the "Contact us" button at the bottom of the page to open a case with EA Help directly.
