Can we please double the weapon mastery XP?

I'm used to grinding a lot for camos, it's one of my favorite things to do in COD is grind for Dark Matter. However when I started this game I was surprised to see that all the weapon skins are really bad, but I set my sights on a few anyways to give myself something to do. The problem is, it takes way too long for my weapons to gain XP, so even if I want to get one of the mediocre skins available I have to use a weapon I don't like until mastery 40. The way the game feels currently, doing this challenge is really unfun, and I hope to see the XP rates altered. I legitimately think you could double the XP rewards and it would still be an absolute grind for some of these guns.
