Friends, you are unnecessarily dealing with fairy tales here. A file is currently being prepared in Brussels against EA and at least for the EU they will have to return everything back, as requested, or provide massive refunds to everyone, regardless of the platform. There is no other way, EA screwed China, Australia and Europe. States where there is a Consumer Protection Act. No one in the judiciary is interested in some EA blits. They advertised what they advertised and thereby committed false advertising and fraud, period. Brussels will sweep them under the rug.
