Firstly their isn't really a way to talk straight to the devs unless many people agree with you then they might think about it but all of the skins aren't based off any team they are based off the general Western army from any NATO country and then for the guns Norway doesn't manufacturer any weapons their standard issued guns are already in the game like the drs-iar are based on the German made M27 IAR which is the one of Norway's standard issued weapons they only have 2 that I know of which are both in the game
