The only thing you can do is to report the suspected hackers, everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team.
the problem is button report cant appear when i try it, idk this bug or feature cheat their use
if this new feature for cheater that mean imposible report them in game

If you have their account name, you could use the webform in the guide below to report them to EA Help. They will pass the details on to ToS for investigation.

For moderator FORUM or community manager or anybody tell us do manual report using webform and must input their name
"NOT ALL PEOPLE HAVE CHINESE KEYBOARD" and "NOT ALL PEOPLE KNOW HOW TYPE CHINESE NAME"
before u tell us do that we already do that when we can report using webform or report in game
make this game can't input chinese name or other language name so people easy input their name to webform for reporting
