This game is surely failing because it doesn't have anime girls in skin tight suits posing in provocative ways. Personally, I would only play the game because the story is good and the gameplay is fun, and it would have nothing to do with the sticker of a anime girl bending over in a bikini on my weapon.
A gacha element would be a perfect addition too, but I think instead of just the standard rolling mechanics, we should get "battlecrates" that we then unlock with "battlekeys" we buy to unlock our "battlecrate". Of course, for added depth and gameplay, they should also add something like "battlewear" so you don't always get a skin in perfect condition. Maybe also a tracker for something... lets call it a "battletracker" that can also randomly be on the skin. Oh oh, maybe have it roll random "battlecolors" too so it can be really unique.
I'm sure the simps for the aforementioned games a seething right now.
