Cod players ruining Battlefield?

I dont ever come into forums and post anything but this game is a shambles. On monday night I decided I was going to take a break for a day or 2 when I jumped off on monday night I had a 1.48 K/D. I loaded up today and my K/D has been dropped to 0.68. I have spent most of my time playing Breakthrough mostly on Liberation Peak, New Sobek City and Mirak Valley.

When playing on New Sobek City admittedly I was being a rat on the rooftops No bugs used just the Assault ladders to which i've been reported and EA have dropped as stated to 0.68.

While I understand using rooftops on Breakthrough on New Sobek City Can be insanely annoying esp the whole point of battlefield games certainly in my opinion as someone who has played most battlefield games Since Bad Company has been to utilise the maps to your advantage whether that be using rooftops and what not. Personally I feel EA/Dice are trying to pander to the Cod community.

Apologies for the rant but I was looking to see if anybody else has had their K/D nerfed because of cod players.

Your KD dropped because they took away everyones kills against bots. Only kills against real players count now, but when a bot kills you, it still counts against your KD. Go figure.

Sorry about your ego stats.&nbsp; &nbsp; Now focus on being a team player and wins and losses.&nbsp; &nbsp; Since that's all that really matters.

I get why they would think removing bot kills from your stats would be a good idea... but it isn't. It's a terrible idea and a short sighted one, given that they allow bot caused deaths to count.

Can't have your cake and eat it too, EA. I play casual because I'm older than the average gamer and getting killed by a bunch of sweaty kids with twitch reflexes makes the game not as enjoyable. If you don't want my stats to be elevated by playing in a more casual mode, FINE, but don't PUNISH me by making the deaths I suffered at the bots hands count. I played more aggressively in bot games, because I know that even if I died a little more, I can still mow down waves of bots and have fun.

Now, all those deaths have been wiped away, but all the extra times I died playing more aggressively have come back to haunt me. If the bot kills mean nothing, then bot deaths should have the same weight; none. And I'm pretty sure the system is broken, because I played a game and had over 30 kills with no deaths and my KDR went DOWN.

Stop breaking things in the name of "justice." The game is less fun when you punish people for playing casual modes.

Thanks for the response. Thats a disgrace but I genuinely thought COD players had my KD nerfed because of using the map to my advantage as all I see is people who come from cod complaining about using roofs and what not. Thanks for the clarification its so stupid that they've made the KD system like this now especially since most games get filled with bots when not enough players join.

If by CoD players you mean that EA panders to people that want to play against actual humans, then sure. I don't get all these blueberries that are crying crocodile tears because their K/D consisted mostly of bot kills.
