Combine Ranked and Quad Queues Instead of Rotating Solo & Duo

Instead of rotating between Solo and Duo modes, they should merge Quad and Ranked so that every Quad match is also a Ranked match. This would push more players into Ranked, increase the player pool, and could make it possible to support the Solo mode permanently.
