Compensation/free boosts & season pass not received

As the title says ive yet to recive my compensation, i wasent able to play during the launch of battlefield 6 but i was able to play the morning after. I was wondering if anyone has recived their compensation and if you have did you anything special to get it. I can wait for a bit longer but it would be nice to recive it soon.

  • I for one havent recieved anything and im starting to think that im not going to. Have activated two tickets about this to EA support. First was closed, The second one IS waiting for reply from the customer service. Been hours now and nothing. Was a bit annoying that my friends were able to play at launch but i wasnt. Even reinstalled the game when i thought the error was at my end. Customer service is a joke

    I've got the same issue, EA App outage caused me and my friend to not be able to play the game. 
    I've been really pleased to see on Twitter that people impacted by this incident will receive a compensation. 
    I've also seen a few people, still on Twitter, posting screenshots that they've received their compensation.
    Yet, still nothing for me... 

    Though, be aware, there was some people on reddit commenting that if you, by any chance, managed to enter a community server by spamming like a pig, and play even 5 seconds, you are not eligible for a compensation. 
    It's reddit so... it's worth what it's worth (not as in reddit isn't legit, more as in only EA has the answer on this matter), and this there's also plenty of people who haven't been able to play at all and didn't get anything yet... Wait and see I assume... I made a ticket on the support about it just a few minutes ago, when (if) I get an answer, I'll let you know (if I remember to)

    So am I, still waiting, for this things to be received ♪ 

  • Okay guys (and girls), so, I have contacted the support via live chat. 
    They basically told me that it's taking some time for everyone to get their compensation, they are aware of the situation as plenty of people gave feedback on it, and they are working on it. Asked to be patient whilst they keep working on the matter and that I (we) should receive the compensation at any time (no ETA given). 

    Hopefully we'll receive it. 

    No information was given concerning the fact that I (some) have been able to join a private community server even for 5seconds rather than official servers. 

    I know this answer isn't helping that much, but if I can share informations I've got, even if it's so few, might as well do it. 

    Anyway girls (and guys), hope you're enjoying your games anyway and having fun!

    Same here, still no news. they said before the end of the weekend. maybe the weekend for them means 1 week ;) or maybe another lie just to keep the Market shares high....

    They really need to improve communication

  • Haven't received mine either.  Ticket submitted yesterday morning, and no response yet.  Just some official communication acknowledging that they are aware that not everyone has received their stuff and that they are working on it would be helpful.  I can be patient, I just don't want to be forgotten.

  • to be honest I'm not surprised that the compensation isn't working at this point, i mean why should we expect it to has anything really worked with BF in the last 5 years.

    you would think that a  significant part of there own player base not being able to play at all for more than 5 hours would have made them really want to keep them in the game once it was fixed, at least communicate with people as to why we haven't yet  been compensated with what we was promised.
