I've got the same issue, EA App outage caused me and my friend to not be able to play the game.
I've been really pleased to see on Twitter that people impacted by this incident will receive a compensation.
I've also seen a few people, still on Twitter, posting screenshots that they've received their compensation.
Yet, still nothing for me...
Though, be aware, there was some people on reddit commenting that if you, by any chance, managed to enter a community server by spamming like a pig, and play even 5 seconds, you are not eligible for a compensation.
It's reddit so... it's worth what it's worth (not as in reddit isn't legit, more as in only EA has the answer on this matter), and this there's also plenty of people who haven't been able to play at all and didn't get anything yet... Wait and see I assume... I made a ticket on the support about it just a few minutes ago, when (if) I get an answer, I'll let you know (if I remember to)
So am I, still waiting, for this things to be received ♪
