EA App Problems XP boosters and season pass compensation are missing

I purchased the Phantom Edition and preloaded the game. On launch day, I ran into a "missing content" issue. I redownloaded the content and tried to play, but it was unsuccessful. The only thing I managed to do was join a portal server, but I couldn't even start the game because it was a custom server. I noticed that the spawns were in the center of the map and everyone who spawned was instantly killed. I closed the game and didn't play for the entire first day. The next day, I played without any problems since they'd fixed it. Now I'd like to know how to get the rewards you promised, since I don't have anything related to them in my inbox.

    Same boat here, still no bonus.

    I've been stuck in a support chat for over 30 minutes. Gave them all the info they wanted (purchase date, confirmed I got the bonus email, etc.) and they still have no clue if I'm actually getting it. Super frustrating.

  • I too have not received any bonus XP...my friend who I play with daily got them yesterday without contacting EA or anything....will contacting support get us anywhere?  Just wondering.

  • It's known that stuff like Phantom content isn't quite fully granting for folks, and afaik same applies for the compensation stuff. Odds are theres just a LOT to go through and if anything it may have to be a rolling grant system with how many people are playing and had the issue.

    Odds are you gotta just sit tight itll show up eventually.
