Contaminated is perfect

This new map is perfect in every way. Dice please use contaminated as a base line for what every map should be. The boundaries in contaminated are just right allowing us to still flank outside the main battlefield while also staying hidden from snipers. All previous maps needs their boundaries changed cause the maps like oil fields and  liberation peak have so much play area outside the boundaries that would add so much more to the game. I miss the old boundaries where the maps just had a simple oval or square shaped border.

  • Well, I'm not sure about "perfect", cause I still prefer them bigger than this, but it's definitely a very big step in a right direction. Great map, and definitely a Battlefield map, unlike the majority of the previous ones. After playing it, I understood how flat some of them feel.

  • Only played a couple rounds but I quite like it, however I still don't like the design decision in BF6 to be constantly open to attack from multiple angles.  Take the tunnel area, back in BF1 on Monte grappa you had the two tunnel entrances one side entrance and you could have some epic battles trying to take that point, where as the tunnel in contaminated is accessible from som many points it's impossible to lock down. It's like the devs have forgotten players are meant to be able to defend points and not just run around a map capping points. In all the BF6 maps there are barely any epic battles around cap points. BF has been relegated to at most squad on squad skirmishes for flags rather than epic struggles.
