CPU and GPU high util

Hello, I just got a new computer and the game has my CPU and GPU running 90 to 95% most of the time.  With this setup, it doesn't seem like it should be using that much utilization, or is this normal?  Spec's below.  Also, temps are pretty low, neither get over 50C.

CPU:  Ryzen 7 9800x3d

GPU: Gigabyte 5080 windforce

SSD: TEAMGROUP MP44 2TB GEN4 NVME SSD

RAM: V-COLOR MANTA XSKY 32GB 6000MT/S CL30 ARGB
