Credit card has been charged twice by EA for BF6

Hi All,

Need some support.

I recently purchased BF6 on the EA APP. The first try of my purchase failed. The second time I tried it worked. My credit card is showing 2 pending charges for BF-6. See attached an image of the failed attempt and the successful attempt in my order history. Can anyone advise if EA will cancel the failed order charge? or do I need to use the request refund tool and go through that process?
