If I play controller on console, and will I be able to join my friends parties who play Mouse & Keyboard on PC?

If you leave Crossplay fully enabled, then yes! You should be able to form squads and join together.

As a PC player, I refuse to play with cheaters using aimbots or other assist hacks.
