Crossplay Toggle on PC

Please, I would love to see a toggle for crossplay on PC. While the game is great so far, playing against console players has become a noticeable annoyance. They have generally worse latency allowing them to effectively shoot around corners due to the delay, and the aim assist is nuts. You can easily tell what platform a player is on by watching how they enter a room, and I constantly check my guesses via the scoreboard and have probably a 90% accuracy at guessing the platform someone is on. PC players enter a room and for about a half second look for you and then shoot you. It's a short but noticeable delay in reaction. Console players enter the room tap L2 or LT and instantly beam you whether you're on the ground prone or peaking from cover (for added context they generally do not know I am in said room before entering in either case). There is no hesitation from them, giving them an unfair advantage. I'm aware they need some form of assist and I am fine with that, but the current state is very annoying and a simple fix of allowing us to turn off crossplay would be amazing. Console players can turn it off why can't we? (And just for the sake of griping, Playstation controllers have a built in mic so console players have a constant hotmic. I was able to listen to 40 minutes of a football game through one guy's mic lol)
