CZ Scorpion is painfully weak

Title kinda gets the point across, not gonna dance around it, The CZ Scorpion sucks.
Okay so how do we fix it. Well first off I would remove this Negative accuracy thing its got going on. The Scorpion hits everything but what you are aiming at so were gonna have it not do that.
Second thing I would do is actually have the Scorpion be the Scorpion, Buff the fire rate to 1050 or 1100 but increase the recoil significantly. This would make the Scorpion the high risk but high reward weapon it is meant to be, if you can tame the extreme recoil you get the benefit of a fast ttk. Final thing I would do is make it so that when you use the 16 inch barrel the gun would have the longer carbine hand guard uuuhhhhhhh just cuz it looks looks cool ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Recoil  current  >  slightly more intense to compensate for other stat increase
ROF  981  >  1050
16 inch barrel hand guard  standard  >  The cool one ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
