Any update for those that haven’t gotten all the daily login rewards? Assuming there is a way to retroactively confirm on the developers end. And if anyone that can make any positive adjustment, the inbox system is on par with the UI in general…really not great. Not to be overly negative…I’m loving the game though.
Apparently they said they won't fix the issue, that they have no way of helping people (coming from EA support). But if we make enough noise about this issue, they might think of doing something.
It's possible it will be addressed in an upcoming patch. I think its out of the hands of the typical support staff, probably needs to be fixed on the dev side
I only got Day 1 and Day 5. I missed Day 4 legit, but I should have gotten the rest and did not. Never got the message in my Inbox. I opened a case in EA help and they are absolutely useless. They just keep giving me procedural instructions that I already know or thought I was talking about the EA App outage rewards.
This is EA, they do not give enough of a **bleep** to do anything about it.
I got to a final answer on my case actually. They acknowledged that there is no fix available currently and it has been escalated supposedly.
Yeah, I got the same response after a long back and forth a while ago and haven't heard anything about it since.
