Smg's beaming across the map when lmg's feel like pellet guns. Same with gattling guns on helicopters there so weak its ridiculous.
the main reason for this is that the percentage drop is the same for both guns and so damage drop hurts lmgs more because its a larger value overall in terms of the actual number of damage that you are dealing.
