Day 50 of asking for a fix on the crashing issue for xbox series x

it’s still unplayable even after getting new hardware plus all the troubleshooting methods imaginable. EA technical support still blames my system. pathetic of them honestly. either reimburse me or i wont shut up at this point. i’m mad i spent $100 on a game and cant play a full match. imagine it was you?
