Day one asking for the Philippine Marines modernized M3 grease gun in BF6

I understand the gun is very retro however it was used by US tank cruise through the golf war and was not pulled until the mid 90s and is still in service with the Philippine army, especially Philippine marines who are favoring it in special operations assignments. I understand bouncing would be difficult with the very low rate of fire(450 RPM)  however, giving it a damage profile similar to the M45a1 but with more which uses the same caliber enabling a three shot kill to the body and access to synthetic ammo to potentially push it up to a two shot headshot kill at close range maybe 20m  and considering his reputation for being extremely accurate and reliable, giving a low recoil high damage SMG that could be very interesting to use, especially with the Philippines modernizations, including anally suppressed barrel and Picatinny rail for modern optics as well as a single point sling would be really fun to use.
